The investment to value on each land is around 50%. We secure land below market value and each note has at least 24 months seasoning making these investments extremely safe.

You remain the deed holder until the borrower has fully paid off the land. If no payment is received within 2 months of notice you can resell the land with a nice profit. If you do not want to resell the land you can transfer the title back to us. We will return your initial investment or you can switch to another contract. Of course you keep all previous profis.
